Description of the PSC

This section provides information related to the best practices on gender mainstreaming from the AU Peace and Security Department Divisions, the AU Liaison Offices and the AU Missions. Policies, programmes, Quick Impact Projects (QIPs) and initiatives in which gender is mainstreamed and that are in line with the Women, Peace and Security Agenda are hereby presented. The information collected is the results of a desk review of PSD’, AULOs and AU Missions' activities undertaken in 2018. Best practices are presented in three main subsections:
